Most web design sites in the Okanagan will not tell you what anything costs. You fill in a form, sit through a call, and get a proposal priced against how much they think you can pay. That is a sales process, not a price.
These are the actual numbers. Automation is listed first because it is the part that makes you money rather than just making you look credible.

We install a working AI on your own laptop, set it up around your business, and teach you to use it. After that you change your own website by saying what you want changed. One time cost, nothing recurring to us, and the only ongoing expense is your own Claude Pro plan at about $20 USD a month paid to Anthropic.

How The Money Works
Worth being blunt about, because this is where most web companies are deliberately vague.
One time cost. No contract, no licence, no platform fee. If you ever want to move it, you take the files and the domain and go, and we help you do it.
It runs on our infrastructure, so it is $99 a month. That is the only recurring cost, it is optional, the first month is free, and you can cancel any month.
Cancel the monthly and your website is untouched. The automation sleeps, nothing is deleted, and your site keeps running exactly as before.
A real working demo of your site gets built first, with no deposit. That is the whole point. You are not buying a description.

No bundles you did not ask for and no upsell surprises at invoice time.

A done for you kit and a guided walkthrough. You execute it yourself in about twenty minutes. Included free with the Custom Website and the Bundle. If Google asks you to verify by video, there is a step by step guide for that too.
An assistant on your site answering questions and capturing leads around the clock, then emailing them straight to you. Included in the AI-Powered Suite.
Moving off Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or GoDaddy. Quoted at the same flat tiers above. You keep your domain and your content.
Pricing Questions
Yes. The number is agreed before work starts and that is the invoice. No hourly billing and no change order surcharge for normal revisions during the build.
No. A working demo of your actual site gets built first, at no cost and with no deposit. You pay once you have looked at it and decided to go ahead.
The first year is included on the Starter, Business and Custom tiers. After that it renews in your name at cost, so you are never locked to us to keep your own domain.
The automation service only. Monitoring, one update a month, and fixing it when an email provider or form changes something upstream. First month free, cancel any time. It is optional and entirely separate from the website.
Nothing. You own the website outright, so it keeps running exactly as it did. The automation goes to sleep on our side and nothing is deleted.
It is $175 as a standalone Setup Kit, and it is included free with the Custom Website and the Bundle. You execute the kit yourself in about twenty minutes, which is why it is cheap.
Not to us. It is $1,500 one time, or $1,200 if we already built your site, and that covers the install, the setup around your business and two live training sessions. You pay Anthropic about $20 USD a month for the Claude Pro plan that runs it, the same as anybody would, and that is the only ongoing cost.
