What is an AI second brain, exactly?

A working AI installed on your own computer and set up around your actual business. It runs your website: you say what you want changed, in a normal sentence, and it makes the change and puts it live while you watch. And it remembers your business: every quote, customer, supplier price and decision you tell it, filed and findable in plain words later. Think of it as a very capable assistant that lives on your laptop and never forgets anything.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No, and it is built specifically for people who are not. There are no commands to learn and no code to touch. You type sentences the same way you would text a friend. On install day you make your first real website change yourself, at your own keyboard, so you leave knowing it works rather than taking our word for it.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not to us. The setup is $1,500 one time, or $1,200 if we built your website, and that includes the install, the configuration around your business, two live training sessions and thirty days of support. The AI itself runs on a Claude Pro plan, about $20 USD a month paid directly to Anthropic, the same as anyone pays. That is the only ongoing cost.

What can it actually do day to day?

Update your website and put the change live. Add pages. Swap photos. Draft replies to customer emails, which you read and send yourself. Tell you what is on your calendar. File and recall quotes, customer details and supplier prices. Back everything up. It writes, you approve. It never sends an email or deletes anything on its own.

What if I break something?

You cannot, and that is by design. It saves a dated copy of your website before every single change, and putting things back is one sentence: say the site should go back the way it was, and it is. In the entire setup there is no action you can take by asking that loses your work.

What do I need to have?

A laptop you own and can install software on, a free Cloudflare account for your website, a Google account for email and calendar, and a Claude Pro plan at about $20 USD a month. If your website lives somewhere you do not control, we sort that out before install day so everything ends up in your name.

Does this replace my web designer?

For the day to day, yes, that is the point. Wording changes, prices, photos, new pages, all yours now, done in minutes instead of waiting on someone. Bigger jobs like a full redesign, automation or SEO are still ours when you want them, quoted as normal work.
